Welcome to Twazon.co (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Twazon LLC.

By accessing or using Twazon.co, its mobile applications, or any associated therapeutic and consulting services provided through the Platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use or access the Platform.

1. Scope of Services

  • Direct Professional Services: The therapy, counseling, and mental health support services available on Twazon.co are provided directly by our qualified therapist on an individual basis.
  • Personalized Care: Services are designed to support your individual mental wellness journey based on professional standards and online practice guidelines.

2. Emergency Disclaimer, Prescriptions & Medical Limitations

  • Not for emergencies: The Platform is NOT designed for acute emergency situations, severe crisis intervention, self-harm, active suicidal ideation, or urgent medical emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.
  • No medication prescribing or fulfillment: Twazon.co does NOT prescribe, issue, sell, or manage any medications or pharmaceutical treatments. If you require medical diagnoses, prescription medication, or medical treatment adjustments, you must consult a qualified primary care physician or medical specialist/psychiatrist in person.
  • No official/legal documentation: Online therapy sessions provided through Twazon.co do not replace in-person comprehensive medical evaluations and do not provide official court-ordered therapy certificates, legal disability evaluations, or medical prescriptions.
  • Consulting your doctor: Always seek the advice of your primary care physician or medical specialist regarding physical health conditions, medical evaluations, or medication management.

3. User Account & Conduct Obligations

  • Eligibility: By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit legal parent/guardian consent) and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Account confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You accept full liability for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Session integrity & privacy: You agree not to record (audio or video), duplicate, or distribute any session content without prior written permission.

4. Session Fees, Cancellations, and No-Show Policies

  • Standard session fee: The standard rate for an individual session on Twazon.co is $100 USD (or equivalent in your local currency), payable prior to the start of the session.
  • Late arrival & no-show policy: If you do not join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a No-Show. In the case of a No-Show, a fee of $50 USD will be charged (retained from your upfront payment), and the remaining $50 USD balance will be refunded or credited to your account.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session start time to receive a full refund or free reschedule. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to the start time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining $50 USD will be refunded or credited to your account.

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds: Issued if a technical error on the Platform prevents a session from occurring, or if the therapist needs to cancel a session and you choose not to reschedule or hold credit.
  • Partial refunds: If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice or are late by more than 10 minutes, you will receive a partial refund of $50 USD from your $100 session payment.
  • Non-refundable situations: Completed sessions, or sessions terminated early at your request during the appointment, are strictly non-refundable.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Therapeutic confidentiality: Your communications during sessions are held in strict professional confidence, subject to standard legal exceptions (e.g., explicit risk of imminent harm to self or others, child or elder abuse, or court order).
  • Platform rights: All material, software, graphics, and brand content on Twazon.co remain the exclusive intellectual property of Twazon.
